Connecting a fuel card and reconciling transactions

Connecting a fuel card imports every transaction automatically and matches it to the right vehicle and driver, so you can spot waste and fraud fast.

Connect your card

1. 1Go to Fuel → Providers and select your fuel-card provider.
2. 2Authorize the connection with your provider credentials.
3. 3Map card numbers to vehicles or drivers.

Automatic reconciliation

Eonsfleet compares each transaction against the vehicle’s location and tank capacity and flags anomalies — refuels far from the vehicle, or volumes larger than the tank. Review flagged items under Fuel → Anomalies.
