The report builder lets you combine the metrics that matter to your business into a single, repeatable report.

Build it

  1. 1Open Reports → Custom → New Report.
  2. 2Pick a data source (trips, fuel, maintenance, drivers).
  3. 3Add columns and filters, and choose how to group the data.
  4. 4Preview, then save the report.

Schedule delivery

Set the report to run daily, weekly, or monthly and choose recipients. They receive a PDF or CSV in their inbox automatically — no logins required.
