Eonsfleet uses role-based access control so every teammate sees exactly what they need — and nothing they should not.
Invite a teammate
- 1Go to Settings → Users and click Invite User.
- 2Enter their work email and pick a role.
- 3They receive an email invitation and set their own password.
Built-in roles
- Owner — full access, including billing and security.
- Fleet Manager — vehicles, drivers, maintenance, and reports.
- Dispatcher — live map, trips, and alerts.
- Viewer — read-only dashboards and reports.
Changing or removing access
Open any user to change their role or deactivate them instantly. Deactivated users lose access immediately but their historical activity is preserved for auditing.
