Setting up preventive maintenance schedules

Preventive maintenance keeps vehicles on the road and controls costs. Eonsfleet triggers reminders automatically based on distance travelled or elapsed time — whichever comes first.

Create a schedule

1. 1Open Maintenance → Schedules and click New Schedule.
2. 2Name the task, e.g. “Oil & filter change”.
3. 3Set the interval — every 10,000 km or every 6 months.
4. 4Apply it to specific vehicles or a whole group.

Alerts and escalation

As a vehicle approaches the threshold, assignees receive a reminder. If a due date passes without a completed service, Eonsfleet escalates the alert so it never gets lost.
