Drivers are the heart of your operation. Onboarding them gives you performance scoring, digital inspections, and expense claims — all from a mobile app they will actually use.
Add a driver
- 1Go to Drivers → Add Driver.
- 2Enter their name, phone number, and license details.
- 3Assign them to a vehicle or leave them unassigned.
- 4Send the mobile app invite by SMS or email.
On the mobile app drivers can
- Start and end trips.
- Complete pre-trip vehicle inspections.
- Submit expense claims with photos.
- Receive push notifications and dispatch messages.
