Your setup checklist
- 1Complete your organization profile (name, timezone, currency).
- 2Invite your team and assign roles — see “Roles, permissions, and inviting your team”.
- 3Add your first vehicle and pair its GPS device.
- 4Draw a geofence around your depot for arrival/departure alerts.
- 5Onboard a driver and send them the mobile app.
- 6Open the dashboard to confirm data is flowing.
What happens next
As trips accumulate, analytics, fuel efficiency, and driver scores populate automatically. Most teams have their full fleet online within the first day.
