A vehicle shows as offline when Eonsfleet has not received a position from its device recently. Work through these checks in order.
Common causes
- No cellular coverage — the vehicle is in a tunnel, basement, or remote area. It will reconnect automatically.
- SIM data expired or suspended — check with your connectivity provider.
- Loss of power — a blown fuse or disconnected harness after service.
- Ignition wiring — some devices sleep when ignition is off; this is expected.
Quick fixes
- 1Confirm the vehicle has moved recently — a parked vehicle may simply be asleep.
- 2Check the device’s last-seen timestamp on its detail page.
- 3If it has been offline for over 24 hours, inspect the physical installation.
- 4Still stuck? Contact support with the device IMEI.
